Testing out a couple experimental changes to the KF5 – one being the paddle mag release, the other being the flangleless upper.
The paddle release will likely be included with the initial release of the KF5, but the flangleless upper will take a lot of testing – if the idea doesn’t hold up it won’t be released. The flanges offer important stiffness to the parts, and it remains to be seen how they perform without them. But I figured I’d share this experimental version to show you guys some of the behind the scenes testing that goes into these things.

Regardless of if you are here for the research, technology, or just to see some funky looking guns tested, I hope you enjoy.
