I believe this would be considered a “dimple”. A dimple is any sort of mark that goes where the 3rd pin hole would be drilled. Although I don’t see it on the outside it’s obviously there on the inside and the ATF does consider dimpled lowers to be machine guns, and therefore forfeits your dogs right to live. However this is on this inside and won’t be noticed for the most part. However however, why not just print a regular lower? Why have a dimple on the inside that’s a felony if you’re not gonna full send it?
TLTR: This is the ATF’s definition of a Dimpled Receiver and id stay away from it for my dogs sake
