That’s underextrusion.
Could be that your feeding gear is slipping, your nozzle is clogged due to blockages or too low of temps, or too much tension on the spool as it’s trying to yank filament into the system.
I’d start a print and watch the gear that pulls filament in and see if it’s slipping and likely grinding a dust of filament off at the gear.
Look up “cold pulling” and do that if you don’t seem to see the slipping mentioned above.
Make sure your spool is free spinning and not bound up.
